YSAYE
International Music Competition
ONLINE
July 5 - 10, 2021 from Liege, Belgium

Eugene Ysaÿe is considered one of the greatest musicians of all time. His compositions mainly dedicated to the violin reveal his great knowledge of the instrument. The connection between the melody and the harmony proves his incredible composing skills.
In memory of Eugene Ysaÿe, the organizers, Elena Lavrenov and Ashot Khachatourian, wish to create a high level competition for young musicians. Their goal is to develop culture and give a chance for musicians from all around the world to show their talent.
One way or another, directly or indirectly, we are now all impacted by COVID-19. For the organizers, the health of all participants and staff of YIMC is a priority. This is why, in accordance with the new measures and without knowing how the situation will be in July 2021, Elena Lavrenov and Ashot Khachatourian decided to organize an ONLINE competition for its 3rd edition.
More than three prizes will be awarded per category at the end of the competition.
